Maurizio Luccarelli has more than 20 years of experience in the construction & negotiation in the real estate industry. The second generation of family-own companies since 1934, today the Luccarelli family has built and managed residential development and renovated buildings with historical value working from financing to maintenance of investment.
He specializes in the development process of new ideas and sees things in a new light.
In 2001, as a young entrepreneur, he founded one of the first companies specializing in using composite systems as carbon fibers for structural strengthening. He decided to bring his expertise to the United States in 2013 and today he is a managing director and partner of multiple companies in the USA.
In addition to his work, he loves to support other young entrepreneurs and startups. He is an environmental conservationist, a lover of the underwater world, a freediver, and inventor.
